BJP Government 2.0 got a memorable and auspicious result on May 23, 2019. That was the day when Lower house (Lok sabha) result had been announced in 2019 and BJP got clear majority under Narendra Modi Leadership with 303 seats. Which was more than 21 seats comparatively 2014 Lower house assembly election when BJP got 282 seats. In 2019 Indian general election held in seven phases from 11 April  to 19 May 2019 to constitute the 17th Lok Sabha, which result announced on 23rd May 2019 and BJP emerged as a single largest party and got majority alone excluding their alliance parties. After that result Party once again elected Narendra Modi as their party leader and he became the 16th Prime minister of Independent India. BJP Government 2.0 formatted on 30th May 2019 and Narendra Modi once again became PM for his second term with other cabinet’s ministers. After a long search and discussion Om Birla elected as a speaker for lower house assembly.

                In the same election main opponent Indian national congress decided to fight under Rahul Gandhi who was the chief of congress too and won 52 seats, which was 8 seats more than previous lower house election 2014 and once again emerged as second largest party in 17th general election. But once again couldn’t achieve 10 per cent seats of total lower house seat to secure opposition seat legally.

                As BJP Government 2.0 got not only a clear mandate but won the trust of India and there was opposition so BJP has to play the both role government as well as opposition for the citizen of India. Especially Prime Minister Narendra modi and his ministers had to be more responsible towards the Indian citizen. So, they tried to full fill their promise and public expectations which were in election manifesto in last One year. There is a lot of work which BJP Government 2.0 has done but I’m going to mention five major works which has been done by this government which was top priority for BJP Government 2.0 as per their promise or manifesto.

BJP Government 2.0 abrogated article 370 & 35A from Jammu and Kashmir!

On August 5, 2019 Amit shah revoked the article 370 and 35A from Jammu and Kashmir. He represented himself in Upper house of Assembly as home minister of India and said in his speech that we have revoked the article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and bifurcated the state in 2 parts which will be Union territory which is Laddakh and Jammu and Kashmir

Further he added that one of them will have legislature like Delhi and Pudduchery but Laddakh will be like Chandigarh which will not have any legislature and will be taken care by Lieutenant Governor.

BJP Government 2.0 appointed Lieutenant Governor for both of the state on 31 October, 2019. Now the one of the law has been abrogated from the state which was providing the special status to the state and their residents.

BJP Government 2.0 amended triple talaq bill!

Muslim women protection of rights on marriage bill had been passed by BJP Government 2.0 in his first year of second term, which was a most awaited bill. BJP brought it in 2017 on the table but opposition didn’t support the bill in Upper house of Assembly so it could not become a law that time.

When BJP got majority again and formatted government, it has been passed from the both houses and now it has become the law.

It is for the muslim women whoever had to be face such black law or social incompetency. After this law A muslim man can’t divorce her wife as per triple talaq, If someone is doing such things will have to face prosecution.

As per new law for the offence they will have to spent 3 years jail and fine as per the law and they will get bail only from the magistrate.

BJP Government 2.0 has implemented Citizenship Amendment act!

Citizenship amendment act is a law, as per that law minority (as per religion) of Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan who ever has migrated from these three countries will get citizen ship of India easier than earlier.

As per that law BJP Government has decided to give benefits to that minority who has been migrated from these countries because of religious deception. That law includes 6 minority communities especially like Hindu, Sikh, Buddh, Christian, Parsian and Jew.

BJP Government 2.0 has merged the banks.

 Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced that 10 public sector banks to be merged into four. Under the scheme of amalgamation, Indian Bank will be merged with Allahabad Bank (anchor bank - Indian Bank); PNB, OBC and United Bank to be merged (PNB will be the anchor bank); Union Bank of India, Andhra Bank and Corporation Bank to be merged (anchor bank - Union Bank of India); and Canara Bank and Syndicate Bank to be merged (anchor bank - Canara Bank).

As per this scheme government wants to make banking system smooth and corruption free. It may be the possible that such activity will make banks more secure as a lot of banks are facing issues now a  days.

BJP Government 2.0 Managed Covid19 spread effectively!           

 Now entire world is suffering from an epidemic named Covid19, which is caused by Corona virus. That virus initially came to know in Wuhan city of China but in a very short time it spread out in the world.

When every country has a very bad situation cause of this pandemic BJP Government 2.0 has managed it cautiously and preventive measures have been taken on time. That’s the reason India has a very slow corona case and mortality rate. As per the report average case for the world is 62 per million but in India it’s 7.9 as of now.

As far as deceased rate concern, world has average 4.2 per million but in India it’s 0.2 per million as of now.

BJP Government 2.0 has announced 20 lakh crore to boost the economy, structure and help to citizens of India. So that, Indian economy should be on track and India can become self dependent even after this pandemic. To make it happen BJP Government 2.0 ensures every law, incentive plan and guidelines for the industry and providing the support to start ups too.

On the completion of one year as per me BJP Government 2.0 has done a good work in this period.  The Government has done a lot of work apart from these 5 works too. In this pandemic time Government has encouraged the Industry to be dependent and started to make PPE kit after getting the approval from WHO. Earlier India was importing it from China and US but now India is the second largest manufacturer behind china. Now India is exporting the PPE kit to another countries and got a lot of order from different airliances.

At the end can be said government work for last one year is satisfactory.
